Ingredients
2 tsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1 cup finely chopped onion
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 cans (14.5 oz. ea.) reduced sodium chicken broth
1 can (15.5 oz.) low sodium cannellini or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Instructions

Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 4-quart saucepot over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in broth, beans and spinach. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
