Ingredients
2 lbs. red new potatoes, halved
1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
Instructions

Microwave potatoes on microwave-safe plate 8 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender; set aside.

Microwave remaining ingredients in 11 X 7-inch glass baking dish 30 seconds or until Spread is melted. Add potatoes and turn to coat.

Grill, turning once, 10 minutes or until potatoes are crisp. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper.

TIP: To make grilling easier, skewer potatoes.
