Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups uncooked quick or old-fashioned oats
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
1-3/4 cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
1 cup butterscotch morsels
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°. Grease baking sheets; set aside.

Combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside.

Beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread with sugar in another large bowl with wire whisk until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Alternately beat in flour mixture and water until blended. Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts. Drop mixture on prepared baking sheets by tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.

Bake 8 minutes or until edges are golden. Let cool 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
